I called this agency just before closing on a Friday night. I needed a tenants’ insurance package quickly. Kim answered my call and happily said it would be no problem, in fact she would walk me through the policy as we spoke. Very shortly everything was done. Kim sent me my policy and also sent it to the rental agent so they would have confirmation I did indeed have a tenants’ policy in place so I could pick up my key on the following Monday as planned. Kim was knowledgeable, pleasant and most helpful in dealing with my request at the last minute on a Friday afternoon.I could not have asked for more. I recommend their services.
Kim Barkley was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She is very personable, responsive to communications, and clearly very knowledgeable. She is always super quick in responding whether by email or phone and gets the job done so well. Our rented house and car insurance were done was no hassle, efficiently, and confidently. I'm extremely happy with the service that Kim provided!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had from a company. I left from another insurance company that I was with for more than ten years and I felt like I was treated with Sheldon’s office as if I was with them for a life time. I honestly want to thank your team Sheldon/Kim for such a personal, an up front experience. They advise honestly and are knowledgeable of how to create a policies to fit your needs but not bloated! I am a newcomer and for me it was very difficult to find a good insurance company. Sheldon Carrasco Insurance is just in 10 minutes walk from my house so I tried. That was the best experience I've ever had. Clear explanations, reasonable prices, good offers for newcomers car/property insurances. I can definitely suggest Sheldon Carrasco Insurance!
THE most amazing service. I had an excellent experience overall and was helped by Kim Barkley. She is polite, professional and timely - I could have not asked for a more experienced and efficient person to help me. Kim not only found me an amazing rate which I was I told by other companies was unattainable, but and was very knowledgeable, reassuring and more than pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. 100% would recommend her service to a friend.
