Don’t move here because manager is so rude even they didn’t return the security deposit and there are so many in the apartments so if there is option to give them zero star then I would choose that and overall worst experience
We are living here for 6years so far we can't complain. The new manager Sukh Gill is also very approachable, the maintenance department are all friendly even the cleaners. And what i like most is for 6years we never lost anything from deliveries like amazon etc if its in your front door it stays there even in a week and no body will take your package. Its also a very peaceful neighborhood, for 6years i never heard anybody fighting or anything that causes public scandal or threaten our security.
Apartment building at 200 adsum drive is so old. Heating system always smells like burn. Management is so rude after you completely shifted in the apartment, but, however, in the first meeting they treat the customer like the VIP guest. So my suggestion is please go somewhere else because there is so many nice apartments buildings around, search nicely, otherwise u gonna stuck for 1 year. One more thing, they charge different to different people, some r paying 1200 for 2 bedrooms and some 1450. no sense, Not recommending at all
I must say they are the worst in property management systems, when I moved out just to takeover my security deposit they sent me letter of many unreasonable expenses and said after figuring out everything I gotta pay 925 bucks more top of my security deposit. Thieves are cutting your pockets open publicly
Terrible place i have ever been in my life. They are just to fleece the security deposit put the unnecessary charges when you move out please stay away from this scammers.
