Poor service at the Kingsway location, was very condescending and rude
The lady who was working at this location on Sunday February 02 2020 at around 3-5 PM. Actually she doesn't know about Costumer service She needs more training for costumer service and she is very rude to every one too. Will never go back to this location.
Decent prices for the quality and name brands they offer.
Needed a pack of matches, guy said they were 25¢, which is fine, but refused my debit card and was very rude about it. The other smoke shop was SO much better and friendlier. Will no longer be buying from shelfieds with such trash manners. I used to buy from here daily. Wont be doing that anymore .
