Always handles my taxes with no issues. Very professional and polite. Will continue to go there and refer people. Much better than going to H and R block where you are just another number. Travis builds friendships, not clients. If I could give it another star I would.

Travis Sheerer has done an awesome job with my taxes and my kids taxes my kids went to him last year we're very impressed with him and returned again this year along with myself. Travis Sheerer very knowledgeable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here to get my taxes done and they were filed in march. I was told they would take 4-6 weeks before I would get my refund, I understand the end of the tax season I assumed it would take longer. Two months rolls around with no word on where my refund is. I called every day Monday- Friday for two weeks and left voicemails. I never once got a call back. I went into the office and was greeted with attitude. Mr. Sheerer was to busy to check where my tax return was I was to call a number and find out. I took the information and called. Once I was finally connected with someone I was told I was given the wrong information. I called back and to my surprise someone answered the phone. I got the correct information and called back to over an hour wait. I called Mr. Sheerers office multiple more times on and off throughout the week with no calls back. I call today and went through this whole process which I was greeted with attitude by the first lady who took it upon herself to hang up on me! I called back and was greeted by a very nice woman who now after 3 months is helping me get my return back!!! Terrible customer service would not recommend anyone go here!!
