Used love this place.they had great doctors and very nice staff but its so hard to get a appointment the same day i dont see why they dont book later than 24hrs.i live next store went for a walk to make a appointment they told me to leave and call to make a appointment but they dont answer the phone

Useless place! I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday, ended up giving up and called again, they had a message saying they were all booked for the day and not accepting anymore calls. So they were just gonna keep me on hold and not let me know I was on hold for nothing.. This morning I called again , I just had a busy time the whole time since 8 something I called them at least 20 times to get through the line. When it wasn't a busy tone anymore , it rang and boom it was all full ... Not impressed! 2 days and all the clinics in Moncton are closed for holidays, so that leaves the emergency room, but they don't want us there for an earache .... So what do I do now ...

Opens at 8am for appts, started calling and kept getting busy signal. By 8:01, message said they were full for the day. Seriously? It took you 1 min to fill up an entire day of appointments?

Called in the morning, got my appointment for the afternoon, all went well with great service.

Great doctors very knowledgeable but a hudge miss to have an appointment there ! It is almost impossible to have an appointments you can call as soon they open they never answer their calls and if you call early they will say the day is already full of appointments but the day haven't even started yet ! I just want to be able to bring my son for an appointment without calling 35+ times especially on their voice memo says to call the next day starting at 8am but they do not take app for future days only the day of! There something not right here do not recommend them if your looking to see a doctor for simple things that do not need ER
