Shawn is an amazing real estate agent, he takes the time to listen and get to know you, and your needs to find the perfect house for you. Shawn was my realtor in the selling of my house back in June of 2018. I had tried to sell this house twice before with different realtors without much luck. I listed my house rather quickly in September 2017, 4 months ahead of my original schedule and Shawn hit the pavement running. I had lots of open houses, a wonderful video tour and lovely staged photos accompanying my listing. I had lots of traffic and after every event Shawn provided all the good and bad feedback so we could adjust accordingly. I was presented with an offer in February 2018 and with Shawn’s experience and expertise, was able to get more than I had hoped. What every other agent couldn’t do, Shawn did and finally I was able to make plans to move on. Shawn was always accessible to answer questions and allow me to vent my thoughts and frustrations through out the stressful process of selling. He remained professional and focus right to the end. Might I add, that Shawn was referred to me from a trusted friend who had purchased 2 homes from him and their immediate family had also sold homes with him in the past. Being a proud Valley Boy and his involvement with the community, it was nice to continue the ‘support local’ mentality that is circulating in small towns these days.
