Last time we ordered they missed a small item which wasn’t a big deal so we ordered again since we still enjoyed our last meal. But this latest order today will be our last. Our order included 2 mixed shawarmas and we were absolutely DISGUSTED to find HAIR in both meals.
Ordered food from here the other day and can confidently say that it was one of the best plates I’ve had in awhile. The customer service was great as well - I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who gave me her recommended dish and it didn’t disappoint!
I ordered the family meal from shawarma Ville! And I am so happy with the portion of the food, they are so generous with the amount and always give extra! It’s family owned and they are hands down one of the best restaurants in stoufville! There food has so much flavour to it and real taste which makes you want to keep coming back!!!!! Highly recommend this place!
Ordered Chicken shawarma dinner, menu posted shows $9.99, but was charged $10.99. When I inquired about the price, I was told that there is a new menu soon but it's not posted yet. I was not notified before I placed the order about the price change and they did not refund my money. It's not about the money, it's the principal. So basically you walk in and they can charge whatever they want and claim a new menu is going up. Second issue is the cleanliness of the utensils, there were food stuck on them so I end up using the plastic take out utensils. The dinner came with a pita, it was just thrown directly on the wet food tray. The food doesn't taste bad, If those issues are fixed then I would give a higher rating.
The food here is just delicious, I have had the chance to get their wrap, dinner plates and the falafels, and I haven't had that Wow experience in any other shawarma places as I did here. Their staff are also super nice and helpful especially Raveena who is always nice and hospitable.
Good quality and reasonable price. Employees are friendly and professional. Parking available in the front and they have outdoor and indoor seating arrangements.
This all started when my husband was complaining about Orly's change in ownership resulting in increased costs. Which then made me crave sharwama very badly. One quick Google search later I was elated to see that Stouffville has their very own sharwama shop! I ordered a chicken wrap and boy was it tasty! You have your usual selections of tomato, lettuce, onion, turnips, tabule, jalapeno, hummas, garlic sauce, tahini, and garlic spread. The chicken was the perfect mixture of crisp and moist. I can also taste that it was well seasoned. The turnip is a nice burst of brine and crunch to the mixture. This is a legit shawarma location run by very friendly owners who know what they're doing. I'm pretty sure that the hummas and garlic spread was made from scratch and lots of dedication. They recommended that I try their freshly made falafel. Definitely going to go back and dragging my husband along to compare to orlys next time! Tip: the kebobs/skewers/ falafel takes 10-15 min to cook as they cook to order so call in first.

First time visiting. Good quality and nice people. I ordered the chicken wrap special, loved it with the fries! Although I find the sauce is a bit runny. The samosa is different comparing with the Indian ones I unusual get. Not spicy and the wraps are quite buttery. Worth a try!
Such a delicious shawarma. It was a good taste. Definitely I recommend for those who love Shawarma and fries.
