I just returned from a trip to Shaw's in Franklin where I hoped to pick up a few items that included loose beets and Halos. Although the Halos were advertised in the weekly circular, nary a one was in the store, and the loose beets were small and spongy. The folks in produce could do nothing to help. They also had no Bartlett pears. They handed me a little sheet that said they'd hoped I was highly satisfied on my visit. Needless to say, I was not. Fortunately, I was able to satisfy my needs at Big Y.

Produce is great quality. Bakery items are very delicious. Associates could be a little friendlier and more helpful when approached with questions in the isles. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. They have a sushi chef that brings in fresh sushi on a regular basis. This is different from other supermarkets because the sushi available here is actually comparable to sushi you would get at a restaurant and really tasty. The La Carte section has six dollar meals that are yummy. I get the steak tips with butternut squash and green beans! Best time to get rotisserie chicken is around 10AM, 2PM, and 6PM. Thier rustic pizzas are amazing when prepared correctly and can even be called in ahead. Shaws also does catering.

Good location. Nice variety of food and beer. Health food section is well stocked.

It's a shared like any other. Selection is descent and they have alcohol at this location. As a volunteer for the wrentham food pantry, I appreciate their support it preparing and honoring discounts on much needed food items.

Store is much too small. It is difficult to maneuver the shopping cart as the aisles are always cludered. )
