I’ve been here a few times for events and conferences, and each visit has been a positive experience. The venue is spacious, modern, and well‑organized, with a layout that makes even large gatherings feel comfortable. The location is convenient, and the views from inside—especially the glass walls looking out toward downtown—add a nice sense of openness.nnWhat stands out most is how smoothly events run here. Whether it’s a conference, reception, or community gathering, the space feels welcoming and professional. I’m glad to see the Rogers Centre continuing to serve as a reliable, vibrant venue in the heart of Ottawa.
The building is impressive with its modern interior design and beautiful views from inside. Everything is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming.
Excellent facility for conventions, conferences, receptions or any other large scale event where you need a lot of space to comfortably accomodate hundreds of people, without it looking packed or them feeling crowded.nnI attended a two-day conference at this facility, and I was impressed by the beauty of the structure inside and out, as well as the amount of natural light coming in from the floor-to-wall glass walls that also give way to wonderful views of our city, as you gaze from inside that glass dome outwards.nnI have to also praise them for their catering, the sound & visuals and temperature control. Everything was exceptional, and the staff very friendly and helpful.nnOne thing I found very confusing was the parking situation, because it's not explained well online ... but it turned to be very simple. Just go to the Blue Parking lot in the Rideau Centre and exit on foot from where you entered, because that's adjacent to the entrance of the Rogers Centre.
My experience started with the staff who came outside to show me where the loading dock was because I couldn't find it he was so nice then I met with Connie who was just so so kind and all the hospitality staff was awesome. then I asked security if they can bring me to my car in the indoor parking lot because i was scared and he was also so very nice and did walk to my car no problem, while at the loading dock this very kind staff helped me carry all the stuff I had into my car. I worked in the Trillium Ballroom for an event today and I am so very pleased of everyone's kindness and the genuine help that they offered me.nnThank you to all who helped me today you guys are awesome!! nOh and the beef short ribs was absolutely delicious
This place is holding a dance competition and not letting people bringing in food? Security has been checking people’s bag for food and stopping which is ridiculous.nn$33 parking fee is a ripoff too, when the lots block away cost $20.
