To start off it is rare that I will give out a 5 star rating as I feel there is no such thing as 5/5 but Shaw and Associates get the full 5 stars. Shelly and the staff were fantastic to deal with. There are a couple of things that I found sets them apart from others. First is their attention to detail ensuring you are taken care and they don't leave you hanging if you are audited. Secondly and more important you aren't treated just as a client / another number they take the time to get to know you and become part of their "Family" so to speak.

The staff is very knowledgeable and has great solutions for our small business. The passed year has been our most profitable thanks to the guidance Shelly gave us. Look forward to many more years of working with Shaw & Associates.

I have been working with Shaw & Associates for about 6 months now and what a pleasure it has been. The staff are always pleasant to deal with, professional and very knowledgeable. Anytime I have called with questions, the time is always taken to explain things to me without being rushed. The customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
