Shaun came out to my house on an emergency call when someone drove a truck that was too tall to clear the wires on the street past my house and tore the electrical service right off the top of the box (thanks a lot to whoever you are... you know it happened because you slammed on your brakes, looked around, and then just took off to avoid responsibility). In any case, Shaun got right out to my place and fixed us up. He even did a bit of extra work grounding some of the water pipes that weren't properly grounded before while he was here. He made sure the Plymouth inspector was out to check the work that day so that NStar could be called out to reconnect the service that afternoon. I appreciate that he made our case a priority and got everyone in line to have the power reconnected as soon as possible. Thanks!
