Go in for the loss leaders! Don't do a full shopping here. They are expensive. I go in for the specials and that's it! The specials are FANTASTIC! The rest of their inventory is overpriced. 
They do have some extra items like Empire cheese and some variety of foods from around the world that the No Frills lacks but again, the prices. If you have the money, you can eat well from this place. 
If you are a smart shopper, just get the specials and walk away. 
Overall I like the store. Staff are friendly and competent.

Family owned and run .The staff is 100 % the best .They have the the best butcher shop  around .I love the fact I can pre order my large   Turkey's  for family get togethers. And they go that extra step ,like cutting the bones smaller for our little Ricky (pug).
So for top quality groceries I highly recommend  Sharpe's  Food Market in our beautiful  community  of Trent hill's.

Friendly community grocery store. Clean, bright, organized, easy to navigate the aisles, great specials and competitive pricing. Staff are courteous, approachable and helpful.
