I have to say that my most recent visit at Shari's was probably one of the best, if not the best, service wise I've ever experienced.  The food took a little longer than usual but that was fine, it was piping hot when we did receive it. The drinks strawberry lemonade and peach ice tea were perfect. We had a group of 3 adults and 2 children, one of which was being completely unruly, but the waitress was amazing! She kept up with my other halves antics joking around, she didn't bat an eye at my son's grumpiness and she was super sweet. If you want to expirence the best waitress around go there on a Saturday evening and cross your fingers!!

The service was super friendly and the food was amazing. I got the bacon double burger and I described to my friends as heavens burger…the burger just melted in your mouth and surprisingly Shari’s sauce went perfectly with it. The Dutch apple pie was really good too. And this praise is coming from an extremely picky eater.

The food is usually very good, especially since they updated their menu after covid.  However wait times are horrendous.   You can expect to wait at least an hour or more for your food.  But once you finally get it, it’s very good.

So decided to go out to dinner with my husband and son cause thought it would be fun the server was really great but we ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my son's burger to come really burnt my husband's  steak was dry and gross and the chicken tenders had hair on it along with my food had a hair on it we sent the food back and the manager came to our table and said that they won't be making us any more food cause we had to many problems so basically cause they messed up they took away my option to get food so that's cool. Definitely disappointed in how they treated us since they are the ones that messed up.

We got there 20 minutes before they close but we ordered curbside pickup on our way and they were pleasant to deal with. I know it can be frustrating when you're ready to close and then you have to take care of one more customer.

Our server was the best! Food really hit the spot, as always, when you want a great breakfast for a decent price. Love the stuffed hash browns & the bacon. They have the best orange juice in town!Food: 5/5

The pies, as always, were phenomenal.  The fries could use a little more salt.  The tableware could be washed better.  We could have been given the ketchup we had asked for twice, our coffee and tea could have been filled more often amd a bit more than half a mug.  The server could have been a little more pleasant.

We always love it here to take our kids to have them pick out whatever they want. You should know it's probably not a great place for a couples date but it's great for family and for an after soccer treat. We have always loved our servers there and are starting to get to know them.Food: 5/5

just had a newborn child.. came in at 1045 super tired and hungry.. I understand thats cutting it close to closing time so I was only going to order sides, but the waiter actually refused to take my order because it was "unfortunately too late". I made the point of it not being 11pm yet and was responded to with attitude. Actually enjoyed coming here at one point. that killed it completely. wont return.

Very disappointed… the place looked run down like it is not being maintained. The men’s room had full hand soap dispensers yet the floor looked nasty and the garbage can was overflowing. After my husband described the men’s room did not even want to venture to women’s room. The dining floors had crumbs and pieces of food all over. The window in the door to the kitchen needed washing had smears from who knows what. One of the things you can tell about cleanliness of a restaurant is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Based on today.. We will be eating elsewhere.
