The worst of all chinese food or restaurant that I ever tried in my life. I try not to give any bad review to any food corner or restaurant but Shanghai 360 is nowhere near to be a go to place. I orderd Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Bourbon Chicken and Spring Roll. The rice was bland, no flavour at all. Kung Pao chicken smelled bad and Bourbon chicken had awful taste with no freshness in it. I will never try it again.
Food was good. It was hot and tasty. The kiosk is in the Premium Outlet Mall in the food court. There are washroom facilities available nearby. There is lots of parking spaces available when you come to the mall. The kiosk is well lit and clean. The server was friendly and courteous.
Excellent food, the longest lines , they serve quickly! We are diabetic and shared a 3 protein combo guilt free. They gave us an extra plate! I love their food! We drive in from Devon. It is consistently clean and always friendly.Food: 5/5
Had the wor wonton from here. Was really tasty. I liked that I could watch the lady prepare it fresh in front of me. Both ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Their buffet of hot food all looked really fresh and hot. Made me want to get more than just the soup but glad I didn't because the soup was so filling I couldn't eat it all so the ladies gave me a lid and a bag to carry it home! I will be back!
Really good Wonton Soup, the best in the area near the airport. Wasn't going to buy from them but the lady greated me and I asked if they had soup. I'm glad I did. For something out of a mall it's one of the best soups I had ever had. Highly recommended especially the noodles/soups.Food: 5/5
HAIR found in my food. The cook came out to see the hair in the food and she did not wear a hair net! Also the ladies were super rude about it, they didn't trust that it was there hair at first. She eventually gave a refund but the service itself was terrible. Do not buy.
Tried this place during my visit to Premium Outlet Mall and i was craving for something fried also to munch on. I went with combo 2 where you can have your own choice of two entrée with rice or noodles. I picked Bourbon chicken, Spicy Mango chicken and stir fried noodles. Bourbon chicken will always be my first choice when having something from Shanghai. I was really disappointed with the Spicy Mango Chicken because it was tasting more sweet than spicy after few bites which made the meal difficult to finish. Rating: Ambience: 3/5 Taste: 3/5 Value for Money: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Overall, it is a reasonable place to grab a meal and quick snack with the genuine prices and good amount of quantity.
Poor customer service. We’re asked to pay first for the food and told us to wait for 15 minutes. We ordered 2 sets of meal but they made only one. Then they were mad at me because I told them it was two order. Rude staff and don’t even apologize…
Very rude staff women. The pork and chicken have gone bad. Tastes like old food. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Never mind the food. Its what you expect. But they want to charge for extra plates and hot sauce they say they?no longer carry. Rude. I understand its expensive now but carry hot sauce.
