We had some delicious burgers from here the other day! Tried a variety of items off the menu. Absolutely would go again. Deep-fried pickles were amazing! The onion rings are hand dipped and deep fried to perfection! Their homemade hot bbq dip is superb. Definitely recommend this place!
Had the Rockstar 6oz burger combo, all free toppings, added cheese/bacon with onion rings. Food quality was excellent and the staff were awesome. Definitely will return to this location.
Really nice spot, burgs were fresh and not over filled to take away from the beef. Fries are great, poutine was decent for sure but portion was a bit small IMO I'd go just fries next time.
We just had burgers and fries from Shamrock. Very reasonably priced for actually real food. The burgers are without question the best in the region plus the staff are Very friendly and the post lunch atmosphere was quiet and quite relaxing. We will be back for certain.
Shamrock Burger is without doubt my favourite burger in town. My only issue with them is their hours and how often they are closed before their online hours suggest. It's always a huge let down to pull up and see that they are closed when they are supposed to be open.
The good: The burgers are what YOU make them, so if you don't like it, then you didn't "do it right". Mine was awesome, juicy and cooked perfectly. The bad: The buns should be toasted, nice bread but a little toasting goes a long way. The ugly-ish: The price, $17 for a combo, granted you are paying a similar price at FatBurger. There's a comment below that says the fries are like grocery store frozen fries, this guy could NOT BE MORE INACCURATE IF I SPELLED IT OUT IN CAPS !!! These fries are fresh cut potatoes, they're amazing and perfect. The poutine is straight up a french poutine style I'm french from the east, I KNOW. The burgers are good, lots of toppings to choose from. The price is up there if you get the combo but oh man so worth it !! It takes time to make because its NOT MCDONALDS!!! If you want McDonalds, here's a hint...GO TO MCDONALDS! However all the people that have taste, come here ; The girl working the register was very nice and patient, and the guy working the grill owner? grill guy? Not sure was very nice as well.
Went to try it out. Nice to see they have beer. Ordered the burger with hot sauce and a regular poutine. Burger was good and the fries were great. The price seems high for a burger compared to the poutine. I would go back. It is not fast food, it is pricy though.
I love places like this. Good food, local spot and it was a very nice spot. Always try to stop here for a bite when I’m around, and I highly recommend it. Check it out and support your local entrepreneurs.
AMAZING SERVICE!! The owner works night and day providing some of the best and most unique burgers I have ever had. There are very few places left where you can get an awesome "home cooked" burger and have a great conversation with the cook at the same time. I have only received endless kindness from the staff, and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please keep making your amazing food, and SPICY SAUCES!!!
