This resort has extremely high fees ,I own a place here and basically it feels like you don't as this organization controls you , you must pay your maintenance fees way up in advance , completely wrong in many different aspects , there's fees for everything , you can't even upgraded your own place unless it's getting done by the resort so they can cash out some more , I'm just after my 2nd year are about to give up on this place as I lost the fun all together , not recommended anymore sorry shamrock but that is the truth .

After few years at this location this organization is showing its true colors , they are all about the money money money and nothing to give back , sad sad sad I used to love this resort and I just lost all my love for this organization I'm really hoping to relocate our family to a better resort .very very high fees

Beautiful place.. Love the water access and the welcome center is very nice... Great place

They have a nice area that isn't too far from a city to pick up supplies. However parts are done by honor system which doesn't work well when some won't consider others.
