one of the worst service.... never ever book the any goods in shama transport... worst service

I have travelled on NON AC sleeper to Coimbatore from Bangalore, faced a nightmare journey due to bed bugs, it was clearly visible in all lower birth sleeper seats Attender was not even ready to listen , since it was raining and we have left with no choice to continue journey Travel on your risk if planned for non AC sleeper as per my experience

Very very Bad passenger handling wrost ever good company but don't know to appoint right person's wrost experience in my life will never travel and will not suggest to my friends and colleagues kachara behaviors

No punctuality at all. Bus condition is ok. Very slow driving. Usually 6 hr reaching place takes 9 hrs in this travel.
