Shakti Yoga's atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. All of the teachers I have had classes with, are helpful and seem to ensure that all levels are challenged. As I am only a beginner, I must point out that the more experienced in the class are seeming to be challenged anyways I feel de-stressed and energized after my practice. What a gem in downtown Chatham. Come see for yourself at a $5.00 Friday Night Community Class.
