They have wireless chargers built in at the bar! Which I really needed! Restaurant design is very elegant, a twist between classic and modern. Clean place. Sat on the huge bar. A wide range of cocktails, very good prices and quantity with friendly staff. Tried the salmon strawberry tartare and the beef tartare, I prefer the salmon strawberry honestly it was so good, the beef one lacked salt and pepper. They also have nice steaks as I saw waiters serving to nearby tables. I do recommend if you’re going for tourism and want something nice.
DISGUSTING!! Do NOT eat here. They serve dirty mugs, and the service here is the most atrocious I have ever seen. Their cups are dirty with grime on the inside if you touch it with your hand. When we raised concern with the waitress, she said "Good. Great." And "we wash all our utensils like this and you are just unlucky today." After the meal I was honestly sick to my stomach and felt like throwing up. I paid my bill but requested the waitress to inform their manager about this issue. She told me to "get out". I would give 0* if possible. If you don't want to get sick or COVID, STAY AWAY from this place. I will be calling health ministry about this issue as well. I am still sick to my stomach just thinking about my meal here.
The food is amazing and the drink is great too. The customer service is great. There is many choice for drinks and food so you can come back a lot of time and always have something new. I would go everywhere if i could. This is the best restaurant in levis Vegetarian options: There is many choice you can get as a vegetarian Wheelchair accessibility: You can go in a wherlchair with no problem Dietary restrictions: They are very understanding about all restriction you can have
Did not even try the food. This start is not about the restaurant quality but it's over the lack of accurate information about hours of operation. I came at 11pm from 30 min away because it showed open till 12am. They said restaurant was already closed for food. Like why did not even take the time to post this up?
Food was good, but service was horrible. Waiter came after 20 minutes after our arrival to give us water. They never brought us forks to eat. One of us was eating a hamburger we saw the plate wait for over 10 minutes after being ready before they served it to us. Waiter never came to check and see if we needed anything, like forks! We had to take some from the tables beside. We had to go to the front desk to ask for the bill and pay. Employees were not friendly nor smiley. One of the worst customer service i've ever experienced.
We both enjoyed our food. I had a salad with chicken and taco shell and my husband had a great burger. I enjoyed one of their special cocktails.
It was a little noisy because we are older. We had fun watching young people. The staff was helpful and friendly. We spoke english and we speak some french. They went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Food was wonderful. Our drinks were fun.
Service was so slow! Ordered at 5, after 6 before getting our main! Told we have to be out by 6:30 as table was booked!!! The good was Ok, nothing special! Won’t be back!!!
Waitress could be, without exageraring, 30 minutes quicker whwn ordering a drink and the time we receive it. When only a cold pint was ordered..
Great restaurant. Bilingual staff, and menu. Great prices on alchohol and food. Bathroom was accessible. Definitely a place that I would recomend. We has the El Nachos Carne and a beautiful brownie for dessert.
