Absolutely ADORED this place. So much so that we came here twice on our trip. This is a fantastic spot for mocktails AND cocktails. Every item on their extensive cocktail menu had an alcohol-free version. This made it easy for a group that has sober folks! On top of that, the shrimp salad was SPECTACULAR! I adored it both times we visited. We also were lucky to be served by Marianne both times, who was very sweet and helpful!
The staff were friendly and the service was relatively quick, considering how busy it was. The wait in line was quite long, but that isn't the fault of the restaurant and it's simply a factor of being busy in a tourist area. The food is well presented, freshly prepared, and looks great, but to be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the taste. The poutine was a bit bland and the nachos were overly soggy for my taste. I get that they aren't going to keep their crispness when you put the toppings on, but I've had nachos at many other places that have fared much better. The food wasn't terrible, but I had hoped for more. Perhaps an off day, but I'd be willing to give the place another try. They have a nice patio to enjoy the outdoors if there is nice weather, but there is also plenty of room indoors if that's your preference.
Great drinks, good service, alright food. Tried their mango and raspberry drinks. Both were great! Refreshing and tasty. For the food, I tried the lobster roll, and honestly wasn’t too impressed. The bread wasn’t warmed up, the seafood wasn’t seasoned at all. I don’t recommend that, maybe try something else. However still worth a visit!
Great tasting light fare. We had the tuna tataki plate and the melted Brie with nuts and cranberries along with a glass of wine and fully enjoyed it. The patio was open so people watching was the entertainment and the staff was super friendly - busy - but still helpful throughout
So fun!!! Food and drinks were good. We had a great time on a Saturday night. The bartenders were friendly and the DJ played great music.
The food was very good. I ordered the two salmon tartar meal. I also ordered the deep love and the passion melon mixed drinks. The first came rather quickly, as we'd just arrived and been seated. We didn't see our waitress again until the meal was delivered. I ordered the second drink and it didn't arrive until I'd finished eating. It's busy, but not that busy. Overall, it was a good experience.
This place is great! Atmosphere here is amazing and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Cocktails are amazing and the food is pretty good too, for their prices it’s 100% worth it. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Would love to visit again someday. Thank you!
First things first: significantly overrated. People think shaker is cool because other people tell them it is, not because it actually is. The food is average if not below, the drinks taste like nothing and the music is so loud as early as 8pm so you can’t even hear the person across the table from you to have a conversation. We literally ended up eating in silence because there was no point in screaming. I ordered the fruisilow drink and it tasted like carbonated water instead of strawberry. I would literally never go back unless there’s legitimately an occasion that I don’t want to miss a friend’s birthday, etc. The music choice is good, but they have a screen playing random music videos that don’t match the song that’s actually playing. Two things that I did like are: 1- the service cube on the table photos attached 2- the titles made of little lightbulbs photos attached PS: their only vegan/vegetarian options are the vegan burger and probably mushroom burger. Even the sour cream in their nachos has pig chunks idk what they’re called.
The place is a must go especially for the variety of the 'shakers' they have. Available in non-alcoholic options as well. The food is real good! We received excellent service from Roxanne. Overall, the drinks, food, service and ambience is top-notch!Food: 5/5
Had the Cajun chicken salad and the chicken was cold and appeared to be frozen thawed out strips. Salad was soggy. Another person in our party had salmon.. it was mediocre and the rice was cold. Drinks were the only positive. Music was so loud but if the food was good it would have been worth the ear ringing.
