While the items are a bit pricey, they taste amazing!  Really though, the reason I'm taking a moment to leave a review is because of a thoughtful gesture from the restaurant tonight. I ordered from this location on Skip the Dishes, and for some reason, one food options isn't appearing on the app. I know that they serve it though, so I chose a different item from the app and left a note for the restaurant in the "special instructions" field, telling them what I was hoping to order. Much to my delight and surprise, they sent me exactly what I wanted, with a little handwritten note with instructions for next time. I absolutely freaking love good customer service, and when restaurants take the extra moment to make the customer feel valued. I never thought I'd order here again because it's a bit more expensive than I'd usually like - this was going to be a one-time treat - but exceptional customer service will always keep me coming back! Thank you Shake Therapy. :D

Visited here for the first time! I tried the cookie mob milkshake and it was amazing! I loved it so much!! It was a bit expensive but definitely worth it. I love the way it looks, the preparation is very well done and it tastes so delicious! Great customer service as well, they were very helpful when I was trying to decide on which milkshake I should try. Keep up the great work! I will definitely come back here soon again to try the other different flavors. It's a new and much different cooler way to enjoy a tasty refreshing milkshake and I highly recommend it!

I am fan of their Brownie and fudge shake. I finally found shake that tastes like back home. So happy with their shakes. Must try.

Very disappointed! Ordered from Uber yesterday and what a waste of money. So expensive and got it looking like this. Half empty and no longer cold. $30.00 I could of made this myself.

I have only tried their shakes and they were really good. They are a lot cheaper compared to the competition as well.
