Quick service, simple selection. Burgers were 4.5/5 for flavour, consistency and “construction”, fires seemed to be pressed into crinkle forms & fried then frozen then re fried. Not horrible but pulled down the score to a 3.something. Worthy of a revisit in future if not here then at another location.
I came here on a referral and they didn’t disappoint! I ordered a western bbq burger, fries and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. My friend and I shared the burger and fries and the portion sizes were good enough that we both felt full after eating. Now that milkshake is another story….I fully intended on sharing but after my first sip we I decided that she needed her own! It was a small piece of heaven in a plastic cup! If you’re in Dearborn or not stop by and give Burger Shack a try!
Visited shake shack for the first time and I will never go back. The food was WAY over priced for the quality. The fries seemed like they were frozen fries not fresh and were very soggy. My burger was so crunchy it hurt my throat to eat. My shake was not drinkable through a straw because it was not blended properly. One of our sprites was literally just carbonation no flavor we also asked for a large pop with no ice and they gave us a small pop with ice. The staff didn’t pay attention to the needs of their customers. We went up for refills waited 10 minutes and didn’t even get the refill. The tables were not cleaned from previous customers. I also noticed that they had a very unorganized waiting area for pick up services that didn’t seem very covid friendly. This experience was not good at all. I will I never return to this location or visit another shake shack again. If you’re looking for good quality burgers and FRESH fries, you’re better off going to 5 guys for the same price and much better food and service.
Disgusting. I first went to SS in NYC when it was something special. Franchising has ruined this brand. Food was gross, restaurant dirty, overpriced. Burned burger so hard it cut my lip. Wilted lettuce. Cold fries, order wrong.
This Shake Shack is nice-looking and the service was good. The milkshakes are delicious, especially with the malted flavor, but crazy sugary. Definitely split it with at least one person.
Absolutely loved their burgers! The Black truffle and Smoke Shack burgers are great! Black truffle is more crispy and creamy and Smoke shack is more spicy It is a order, wait for order then take to your table style. Very accessible. Great view with large windows to view the streets.
HARD PASS ON THIS LOCATION! We have given this location many chances to improve but the are literally the worst. I haven't done a review on them until tonight but I feel like it's unfair to continue to let people go here without warning you. Let me caveat by saying that if it wasn't so stinking expensive, my expectations would be much lower. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been here over 10+ times they have screwed something up. Tonight was no exception. I paid $63 for 4 people and got nasty, soggy fries, a really messed up Smoke Shack pictures attached and they forgot my sandwich and I had to drive back and get it. Do yourself a big favor and skip this location.. Not Worth It!!

The order I had was, A spicy bacon burger a vanilla shake and a root beer. The root beer was flat and another customer was complaining about the sprite as well. The meal did not come with fries and they charged me 2 extra dollars for a sauce I did not want by asking if I wanted to try it without seeing the price on it first. The shake was 1 size small and the pop was mediumFor $22 and change you should get fries with you're order at least. Over priced for what you get in my opinion Parking: Parking sucks. At the troy Michigan location.
Very disappointing. This was our first time here, and after hearing such great things about it, we were expecting much better. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers, a bourbon chicken sandwich, 2 fries, 3 shakes, and a lemonade for $60ish. The burgers reminded me of Wendy's and the fries were nothing special. The bourbon chicken was ordered with sauce on the side, but was on it when we picked up our food. The shakes were runny and a little warm, as if they weren't made with ice cream, it was strange. We will not be coming back anytime soon. Kid-friendliness: There was not a kids menu that we noticed. Our kids ordered off of the regular menu. Parking: The restaurant was empty, yet all the designated spots were taken nearby. We had to park in another area.
