No one works here. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged that I was the ONLY person waiting to order while two staff were at the register joking and talking amongst themselves. I counted 5 staff members joking around and only one working mopping the floor. Had to wait 14 minutes for my food - so much for the concept “fast food”
I just tried shake shack for the first time. I ordered a Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich. Guess what? NO CHICKEN IN THE SANDWICH. They sent me a bacon, lettuce and pickle sandwich. How ridiculous and incompetent. Yet these fast food workers want to be paid $15-20hr and they can't even put a chicken pattie in a chicken sandwich.
I normally enjoy Shake Shack but this location left a lot to be desired. There was only one couple in front of me when I was about to order. The cashier was friendly and called us over when we were ready. The chicken bites were tinier than I expected. The truffle burger was tasty. The issue was the wait and the fact that they gave one barbecue sauce for two orders of chicken bites. We waited at least 20 minutes for two 6 piece chicken bites and a truffle burger. I will probably return to Shake Shack but a different location in hopes of faster service. Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly as far as being able to order a kids meal. I ordered chicken bites for my daughters and drinks. It cost about $10 for each of them. The chicken bites were tiny.

Yesterday I had a meal from the shake shack in the Westchester and let me tell you first off they got my order wrong. And the woman I spell to first, said there is nothing that they could do about it. Then I asked to speak to the store manager and he replace my meal. Afterwards, I hate my meal and took one home. No surprise really but after consuming the burger from the Shake shack, my mother and I both felt sick to our stomachs horrible food poisoning.. My mother called the Westchester shake shack to notify them that whatever was in the meat was bad and she didn’t wanna get other people sick they said there’s nothing they could do to call their corporate office. Then my mother called their corporate office and they could care less. So I’m writing a review on Google to let everybody know. Do not eat at the shake shack at the Westchester. They will give you food poisoning even today we are both still sick.
TIPS ON SELF SERVE TO-GO ORDERS!! We can no longer support a burger chain that does not properly pay their employees. After being asked for a 15-20% tip on a to-go order that I placed myself, the register employee indicated they started asking for tips because they’re “not paid enough for the money Shake Shack makes”. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO COLLECT TIPS FOR TO-GO ORDERS WHERE THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK!
Worst of the worst, tried shake shack for the first time, I regret it. I ended up getting food poisoning from it. I don’t know who runs this but they are doing a horrible job at doing it. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Avoid this place like the virus. Far away as possible.
Very good quality burgers than the other burgers that I tried but the shake shack burgers were quite expensive when I ordered a double smoke shake burger. However, the burger was very good along with the cheese fries and they do a good job making the food.
Where do we start, slow service, need a lesson in customer service, staff cleaning and using the same gloved hand to serve people food.. order was over 60.00 and I was told we only get 3 ketchups per order when I asked for me. I was completely shocked by this response. When I said we used those I was told they are only allowed to give 3 because they don't have allt. That's pretty funny because the cart they put the drinks on has at least 6 boxes of packets on it.
Second time being there and today was great. The cashier made my day so polite and engaging. Food was great like before. Would be backRecommended dishesChicken Bites, Fries, Chicken Shack
