Bought a very reasonably priced tractor from them and had it shipped to BC.  Very clear communication and easy to work with.  Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with how they treat people. They gave me someone else's package, made it sound like I took it, when i called them and said they made a mistake. Lady was very rude saying he's been waiting for his package for 25 mins like it's my fault. They didn't even bother saying thanks when I wasted my gas and my time to bring it back. They’re mistake. Not mine. I was very nice to them yet they treated me like I was in the wrong. No apologies for the mix up. Will never support this business going forward. They are very disorganized and should've double checked their work. They manipulated the other customer as he was not grateful to have his package back. They could've easily apologized for their mistake instead of blaming the person who did nothing wrong.

Excellent Customer and Repair Service.  Reasonably priced and done in a timely manner.  They picked up and repaired my lawn tractor and returned it in like new condition.  I'd give more stars if there were more.  Great Company to deal with.  Thank you Shachtay.

purchased a tractor from them in December 2019 they have always been ready to help with anything they can. If you need a tractor or lawn mower and want to work with an honest & fair dealer this is the place to go

Worth getting my service done here rather than in Winnipeg where I live . Bought a new chain saw last summer , staff were excellent and didn't try to upsell me . Had my old chainsaw serviced at the same time  runs like new . This winter they served my ice fishing auger.  Very reasonable and my auger runs great . Look forward to doing more business with Shachtays .
