SGI - Prince Albert Claims Centre

I went to sgi and was sent from building to building the first place I told them I had a package policy and asked if I could use it on a rental and she obviously doesn't know her job bcuz she sent me across the street whom sent me back to her. Here I needed to put a claim in. She hands me a card and tells me I have to go on line and do it and then again I'm having problems with the app. I think the service could be much much better

Went there to get my estimate for my car repair. Don’t remember the guy’s name who helped me. But, he was so professional and polite. Cheers..!!

There is no dedicated staff at driving license counter. You have wait till a. Staff member walks by window and peep through the window. Feels like a military institution. It should be friendly customer service environment.

This is my go to place for licenses renewal or package policies, staff are very knowledgeable

Some workers are extremely helpful and kind others are extremely rude and act like they don't want to do their job at all so good luck
