SGI - Prince Albert Claims Centre

Just went for my novice for my motorcycle and was so nervous I wanted to throw up, the guy was so sweet and calmed my nerves and made me feel like it’s just another ride.

I spoke to diff workers and they both gave me a diff answer regarding my claim I don’t know which one is saying the truth and I had to keep calling and emailing with no response such a waste of time

I received a called from sgi 2days ago and they said we can't accept your claim but we make a new key set long and short someone get into my car and try to theft and their was damage when I try to talk their supervisor they says we will give you call back it's been 2days they won't return my call plus their customer service lady doesn't know either how to talk with customer she's so rude and also I give one advise please hire someone who can understand or speak good English thank you.
