Only giving 4 stars because the management has gotten 100x better !!!! And the maintenance men respond a lot faster to problems now ! Appreciate all of the people that’s doing their job making sure The residents are good. & Yes NOW I would recommend to anyone .
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have lived here for 2 years and nothing but bad experience. They have bug infestation apartments. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not move here. One of the best things that I’ve done was get out of that lease.
Worst place I ever worked and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Maggie and Randy were great. It’s the management company. Run don’t walk from Haven management. They are not good.
After reading all the comments I see why they don't accept section 8. They have roachs, no working a/c and management has a nasty attitude wow just wow. Im glad they don't section 8 because we deserve better than what they can offer.
leasing office people are friendly and the area is alright, however the roach infestation is constant and no amount of cleaning will fix it. work orders get ignored most of the time in my experience anyway also there’s only one dumpster per building, with no option for recycling whatsoever.
Just dropped off donations but lovely place from what I've heard management is good
