I was treated with respect, and was in and being seen by a doctor withing half an hour. Everyone was kind, and I was checked on and had tests right away. They made sure I had a way to get home. Place is clean and covid compliant. Thanks much!
Terrible. Discharged my elderly grandmother with no discharge papers or instructions. Theft is rampant! My grandmother had a week's worth of clothes, robe, and nightgown stolen! Not to mention a very small amount of petty cash and a rosary! Who steals a rosary! Money is one thing but to take a senior's clothes is downright criminal.
1 Diagnosed the cause of my main issue. Treated me effectively for this main concern. 2 I & they, while dealing with the main issue, forgot to even look at my injured tongue. I 'm still afraid it's infected.
The Food Court Area here is small but ckean and the staff very friendly. After my Bloidwork is done I enjoy having my Tom Hortons Breakfast.
I'm so impressed with the care the staff offered my father of 99 years of age. I am sorry if others have said bad things but I've only experienced awesome care here and they're sure humane in there care of others in times of need.
I read lots of negative reviews of Seven Oaks, but I have to say, I went, expecting my visit to last 4 hours so I knew what to expect. All the staff were super nice. I was greeted at the door by a volunteer, seen by a great Dr, xrayed, and out the door in about 4 hours. It was great.
Terrible, rude staff that didnt care how much pain I was in. Would not recommen coming here for anything.
