Very good to us for years. If there's a problem they fix it right away. Well manners and nice people. Sometimes gets busy but that's every where.
Moving our Mortgage due to bad experience at our bank, BM convinced us to move and during the whole process Finacial advisor was great! Great experience!
Every time i come here i get the run around. I was told to come in to fill out a form for common share redemption. I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be lied to by the teller who said they only get access to those forms in the first week of November, for one week only. My guess is she didn't want to deal with this task as there was a line up to the door. Avoid this branch if possible.
The worst bank you could ever deal with. Had a consolidation loan with them. At the end of the loan there was a $7-800 balance still owing because of a mistake they made. They withdrew the entire amount without telling me, causing my card to be declined at a store counter while attempting to complete the transaction. It's pretty embarrassing having to leave all your stuff there and do the walk of shame out of the store. That's not it. I have a car loan with them that "matures" next week. Guess what, there's magically a$1200 balance still owing that they plan to take out all at once. They once again made a mistake calculating my loan payments and plan to bankrupt me to cover their mistake. A few years ago, I had some car problems requiring extremely expensive repairs. I reached out to Servus and they refused to help me dispite being a customer of theirs for over 12 years. ATB gave me 30k no questions asked with one phone call. Do not use Servus bank.
If I could give Servus Nameo 0 stars I would!! Customer service has always been horrible and insulting. Have so many issues with the online banking. It's archaic and have the time doesn't work. The financial advisor said I should leave $2,500 in my bank account to save on $11 banking fees. That's 0.004% return on my money. Terrible financial advice.
Worst service ever. Was talked down to and the woman was rude and snarky when I asked a question. She raised her voice and was lucky no one else was in the building or I would have told her where she could go. She was impatient because it was the end of the day. So not impressed. Would change banks if I didn’t just get my mortgage with them.
1 teller seeing clients chatting about her day to someone. 4 people in the line up and none of us were seen the entire time I was standing there. The staff, almost non existent, payed no attention, didn’t greet or acknowledge us and the man in front of me said he had been there for 20 minutes. After standing there for 15 minutes myself, the manager finally came out and said they are having computer problems. Total disregard for clients time and lack of customer service. If we are going to have to wait 35 minutes for a 30 second transaction let us know as soon as possible so you don’t waste our time. Thanks.
Worst Servus Ive ever been too. Teller would not deposit cheques into account. He could give no logical reason. So I went directly to another Servus, and the teller deposited the cheques with no issues. My experience at this location was horrible. Besides the tellers total lack of ability to perform his job, the customer service was disgusting. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. AVOID!
10 years of banking at this location. I’ve never had any issues or bad experience always Friendly kind and anxious to help
Had really good service when I first came to this branch but it went downhill from there, to miscommunication with paperwork to being treated like a 12 year old with no house buying experience even though I've had a mortgage with them for 7 years. Finally got fed up and switched banks. Dont know how the other branches are but would not recommend banking at this one.
