I have always had an excellent experience with Servus. Their commercial banking division has always worked with me in my requests.

Really poor customer service, were reluctant to do what I asked that other branches will happily do for me. People at the front were quite rude, snotty and difficult to deal with. Are not helpful or happy to help you. Young daughter went in there to cash her first check she has ever received and the lady just barked at her and she left quite upset. Have had nothing but problems with this bank in drayton. Definitely switching. Would recommend any bank but this one. Terrible experience every time.
