I can’t say enough good things about SERVPRO, Shaun, Jessica and everyone who helped in/on cleaning my home!!! They came through for me and did an amazing job!!!! The SERVPRO carpet cleaners did an GREAT job on my carpets. If there was something they didn’t do they found the answer or referred me and they did it immediately not the next day… not the next week. I had a disastrous experience with another company a few weeks before I found SERVPRO. That company they broke my vacuum, they didn’t even clean what they were contracted to clean, in fact, things looked worse then when they started. When I started looking for SERVPRO I put time and effort into speaking to another company as well. I spoke to them three times giving them all my info and specs when unexpectedly they told me I was to far away and that was that. I was extremely frustrated… When suddenly I found SERVPRO and Shaun. I emailed them and Shaun emailed me back right away. He came out to my home to give me a quote and walked through everything with me in detail. He gave me an estimate and then worked with me on that estimate. He showed up on the first day and walked through with the girls that were going to be in my home and explained everything and the time frame with cleaning and carpets. He stayed in touch the whole time and when everything was done he followed up to make sure I was happy with the completion. It was fantastic!!! Customer service was amazing!! Not only did they do a great job, but when I wanted to change or add something they were very accommodating and when I was overwhelmed (because I was organizing along with them cleaning) Jessica calmed me down very quickly, calmly and took the lead while getting the job done. All in all I would hire them hands down again and recommend them to anyone who asked! Thank you SERVPRO!

From the very moment I contacted Shaun, owner of ServPro, he and his team have been nothing but AMAZING! Wondeful advice, help, guidance after a furnace and air conditioner malfunction. This malfunction resulted in lots of smoke/soot damage. We are just a couple days into restoration, but I already know we are in wondeful hands with ServPro! They lined us up with people to take care of our "soft goods", electronics, and whole house! THANK YOU Shaun, Heather, and Robert!!!

We had a water damage claim June, 2016 which our insurance company provided us with SERVPRO. They came out the same day I reported it to the insurance company with fans upstairs and downstairs. They came back on Monday morning and proceeded to pull up the flooring, it had gone into the bathroom and had to pull that flooring up. The fans and dehumidifers were there about a week and when all was dried up, they pulled out the cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom. The cabinet maker came 3 times to take measurements.. Shaun called or stopped by each day making sure all was going right. Any problem that came up, Shaun and Adam were right on top of it. I can't say enough good words for SERVPRO - they were/are great to work with.
