I see that I’m not the only one to write a 5 star review for Rania who manages the intake at this site. I have been going to Service Ontario my entire adult life 40 years and I have NEVER before been inspired to write a positive review. Rania was courteous, thoughtful and compassionate while also remaining highly professional and maintaining necessary boundaries. I witnessed her go above and beyond for those young and old. She deserves a promotion, an award and a pay increase.
