ServiceOntario Willowdale - Drivers Vehicles Licences and Health Card Services

I had a fantastic experience at Service Ontario thanks to Sandra, who assisted me with my OHIP application. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Sandra took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and Sandra truly went above and beyond. Service Ontario is lucky to have her! Thank you, Sandra!

This is the closest Service Ontario to my home and I only go to the Sheppard-Yonge location if they have a spot for earliest time if I have urgent needs. I have been to this location 5-8 times in the last 10 years. I booked an appointment and went today March 14, 2025 15 minutes earlier. The appointment time is respected and I was seen on time or within 5 minutes of my appointment since they started booking appointments. The receptionist was a great help as she helps maintain the quick and organized process from coming in to getting out. I highly commend the Filipina woman at counter 2 as she provided an excellent service and advised me what to do next. She was warm, professional and approachable. I remember the last time I was here, there was a different officer at counter 2 and also provided a kind and great service. I just realized now that my last two visits coincidentally led me to counter 2 and both service were both pleasant. Thank you! I know it could be a stressful work as they are always busy. The last time I was here there was a man who was shouting at the staff and was verbally abusive. I hope he was charged so it would flag on his account and staff could be warned about his behaviour. I know people can be frustrated if they do not get what they want which is understandable but harassing workers is not acceptable as they are following the laws/rules too.

She recently helped me get my health card and I have to say she was amazing.nnRania was super patient and made the process so easy for me. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and was very professional throughout.
