Had an amazing and easy going experience today at service Ontario. Was helped by Bav and she was an absolute sweetheart; very kind and percise. Came into to do a viechle ownership change. It was decently packed in there but we got a turn in about 25ish minutes. The ownership change once we got a turn took about 10-15minutes after paperwork/signatures were completed. Would highly reccomend coming here and hope you get lucky enough to be served by Bav :

I had an amazing experience at this Service Canada location. With the high demand for health cards and licenses, I expected long wait times, but I had booked an appointment online a week in advance. I was in and out within five minutes just to change my address! I highly recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in—it may seem like a long wait to secure a time slot, but it will save you hours of waiting in line. The process was smooth and efficient. Definitely worth planning ahead!

I recently visited Service Ontario and had a great experience. The lady at desk 9 was very helpful and polite. She assisted me with my health card and also updated my driving license address at the same time. I’m really happy with the excellent service!
