I had an amazing experience at this Service Canada location. With the high demand for health cards and licenses, I expected long wait times, but I had booked an appointment online a week in advance. I was in and out within five minutes just to change my address! I highly recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in—it may seem like a long wait to secure a time slot, but it will save you hours of waiting in line. The process was smooth and efficient. Definitely worth planning ahead!
I visited this Service Ontario location without appointment and had an exceptional experience with one of their service provider who is on counter number 8. She assisted my husband with his health card application and made the entire process seamless and efficient. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness were truly appreciated. She took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and ensured I had all the necessary documents. The service provider's knowledge and expertise were impressive, and her positive attitude made the experience even more pleasant. Waiting time is only 45 minutes.nI highly recommend this Service Ontario location.

This Service ontario is the absolute worse!!! Thursday at noon, and I’ve been in line for over ONE AND HALF HOURS to renew my license. They are totally understaffed and the staff that’s working could not care less if people are in line and have to wait for hours for simple services. Total disregard and disrespect for people’s time. Unbelievable! I wish the province would revoke all these licenses for these service Ontario franchises, because the level of service from these private offices is ridiculously low!!
Really long lineups and 4 people at desks not taking customers to alleviate it and help it move faster the person that helped was pretty quick
