I had the pleasure of getting my work done by Jennifer, she was very co-operative and friendly. I had gone to the service ontario for health card renewal, driving licence address change and car registration address change. All three things were done and I was out of there within 30 minutes without any prior appointment.

They were able to swiftly carry out getting me my renewals for my OHIP and Ontario Identification card. The workers here know their skills right and treated me with the respect they deserved in return. I have no qualms when it comes to these legal hard working individuals trying to provide everyone with a chance to work for Ontario. Thank you Belleville for giving me a chance to help report on how well your city is doing.

DO NOT DO ANYTHING ONLINE!! Tried renewing License plates online, did everything and had to pay an outstanding parking ticket, put in my card info did everything then at the end it said that the transaction didn't go through due to an issue on their end and my card wouldn't be charged. Find out they took my money right away, didn't renew my plates, go in to their office and they made me pay again and tell me I'd have to wait 30 days for a refund!! What a scam!!

Unless my future experiences vary, this was the friendliest Service Ontario I have ever been to. Staff was very courteous and even gave me some tips. I felt welcomed. Main con is the signage outside the building is poor. I paid $1 to park for an hour. The queue is innovative. You can also make appointments if you don't want to wait. There is a coffee shop next door if you want a refreshment while you wait.nnEdit: I did want to add something. I thought some of the the seats were quite stained, so I stood instead. There are clean seats available, but I do feel all should be clean. But I am there for the services, not the seats. Either way, I did remove a star.

I would like to comment on the excellent service I always receive at the Belleville Service Ontario Office on Front Street.Julie was so very helpful and professional.I have been served by her before and I notice how kindly and thoughtfully she responds to everyone.She is a real asset! I so appreciate her great customer service.B.Wright
