Walked in with dread - was welcomed with delight. The sweetest, happiest people working here who accommodated me by allowing me to email some missing documents directly to the office instead of sending me home. The chair provided while waiting for the transaction to go through was a wonderful touch.

I’m at Service Ontario Belleville frequently for my work and have found that every staff I’ve dealt with has been amazingly professional, patient and kind. Even when I see them dealing with other obviously frustrated individuals. I also want to give a special mention to Darlene, who has gone above and beyond for me many times, and has taken time out of her busy day to carefully explain some out-of-the-ordinary processes to me in a manner that demonstrates her professionalism, patience and very pleasant demeanour.

My son went to get a plate for his motorcycle 25 mins before close. The lady was turning away people at the door saying there wasn’t enough time. Submitting ownership and giving plates takes 10 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. People take time off work just to make it in time for closing. People are excited to drive their new vehicle and never mind the fact that a lot of the time it is a MUST! Some rural people don’t live close to service ontarios. Very unprofessional and very disappointing Government of Canada.

I was the first person in line, and I was in and out. I still hope I don't have to go for another 5 years.

Joelle helped me and was soooo amazing. She saved me money and helped the process go so well that I left feeling a lot less stressed than when I came.nThank you again!
