The older lady has on 3 occasions been very rude. First time I was spoken to with harsh voice and rude attitude. Second time the same older lady was encouraging my daughter to be rude to me. Third time I tried to avoid her and speak with the other representative and the older lady had something rude to say about that. When confronted about it she denied it and kicked me out.
Went in and the staff was very rude, called to ask a question and got hung up on. If your able to go to a different service Ontario
The Lady at the desk was Very Kind, there was no line or wait, we transferred our vehicle ownership in less than 10 minutes
The service here is awesome! Bought my first bike and they helped explain all the paper work I needed to get it on the road. been at this location a few time now and I have never had a bad experience. I wish all government offices were as good as this one.
The ladies are the best. Way better than the city. They helped me with drive test and getting my license fixed. Total time ten minutes. Amazing. Super friendly. Fast and efficient. I wont be going anywhere else.
I just had a very nice experience at the Hagersville ServiceOntario surprisingly. As soon as I saw who was and more importantly who wasn't working I knew it would be a good interaction. The woman with the long black hair is always so friendly and competent and now there is a new woman working there as well who is very nice.
This Hagersville branch is wonderful. The girls are fast and so nice. Accommodating I wouldn't go anywhere else for my licensing. And big thank you to Heaslips Ford Dealer next store to take off my license plate for replacement. Again Service Canada inHagersville big thank you.

The location is really convenient. The customer service is always quick and efficient when I come to get license plate stickers. The owner is friendly and is very knowledgeable about the policies and procedures to make sure everything is done properly. So glad to have this location in Haggersville!
I've been to this location a few times and had various different things that I needed to get done each time. Every time I've been, I've had a different staff member and I have never had a friendly experience, none of them are helpful and they all seem irritated when they have to help you. The only nice thing about this location is it never seems very busy and you can get what you need done rather quickly due to this, it probably has a lot to do with the service that you receive though.
