Employees are extremely lazy, on lunch for the whole shift, at the place with 13 counters available, only 1 is operating, staff is mostly in the back partying with public’s money. Currupt govt or employees?
2023-09-29 Today’s date the date of service at MTO office 400 City Hall Square Windsor Ontario, the lady working at counter 10 named Ericka was very kind and did efficient work in transferring the ownership of our vehicle and issued us new plates. Thank you for your service!
bad experience. staff put a wrong address, and she don’t change it for me, because she’s going to have lunch.
Came into service Ontario was fully ready to wait the time that we needed. 60 people were waiting and one person who was not first in line said they have already been waiting for a full hour. We asked one of the workers if the rest of the workers are on their lunch as there was only 2 people working and 60 people waiting. If there was only 2 people working today we would have went somewhere else. If the rest of the workers were on lunch we would wait. She could not tell us if they were on lunch and kept saying “grab a ticket”. Kept repeating it like she was a robot and treating us like we were not human. No compassion and professionalism at all. She had the worst attitude when we only wanted to know if we should wait for the workers to come back or if there is only 2 workers today. Uncalled for and unacceptable to be acting like that to customers who just asked a simple questions. it’s not like we wanted to skip a line. We just asked a simple question. We went to the one on Dougall and received NIGHT AND DAY service. 7 employees working and no rudeness.
Line on the left is for Service Ontario and the right for Service Canada. They opened at 8:30am and got there 10 mins earlier. There was already a lineup. Wait time was quite long to get in about half an hour but overall the customer service was great. Thank you!
