Amazing lady's so nice and friendly can to port hope because it was filmed her the lady's here wher so helpful and talked to my daughter about where the filming was done also anne with an e their post cards are a must 6 in the set look for the it Easter eggs in them will definitely come back with the rest of the family we parked for the night we're the carnival see was filmed.

Definitely the worst service Ontario I've been to. I went in about 7 times total. Trying to recover a lost ownership for an older car, they gave me 2 different affidavits before finally getting the right one. Even with it fully filled out and officially notorized from someone at town hall they still would not accept it, they were quite short, rude and were trying to put the blame on me for having the wrong forms that they had given me, told me to sign and bring back just days before. After about 2 weeks of going back and forth between service Ontario and town hall town hall staff was very helpful and friendly. There was ONE and only one lady in there that actually knows what she is doing and isn't an old crab. She had everything sorted out in a few minutes and I was on my way with a new ownership, I guess shes the only one trained to do anything other than sticker renewals down there.

The ladies there are no-nonsense and they know their stuff! At the same time, they are approachable and very helpful. When I was there they directed two separate people who showed up but needed assistance with a different service provider. Appreciate the small town feel of care and the attention they take to get things done right.

The service is fast because they know what they are doing..It is the only one I deal with ..so worth the 30min drive

Worst place if you need more than a sticker I have being there twice and there won’t be a third very moody threw a temper tantrum I have never deal with something like this in my life time they have no clue what they are doing I suggest they need to go in training and know what they can do they have no clue what they are doing I even had another customer telling me I should not be making a mistake cause I made error with my odemter reading and they even phone head office and they still couldn’t do it I left that place went to cobourg and with in 5 min everything was fixed the lady I dealt with in port hope threw a temper tantrum and everything so I finally got my things and left will never go back there again those things don’t go well with me

They were closed yesterday due to holiday so naturally they were busy. They were absolutely fantastic even though they have been at it all day with little to no break! Great service and excellent staff

Staffs are nice and polite. Small office and no need to wait today as it's been rainy these days. Finished renewing health care and driver's license in a couple min.

I didn't have to wait. The person helping me may have been training but did so like a pro. She was very good.

Amazing location. The people that work there are amazing at their jobs! Honestly I would drive out of my way to go here

Service Ontario were Awesome the lady was very professional and answered all my questions everything was quick and easy thank-you.
