I went to Service Ontario yesterday to register my new vehicle since it was out of province purchase. The service I received from Susanne and Vera was outstanding. The dealership I purchased my vehicle was being very difficult on sending missing vehicle info. Vera and Susanne were so helpful with what was needed and missing, guiding me through the entire process. they also spoke to the dealership directly and were not taking no for an answer with getting what was needed. Exceptional Service and Care by them. They made the process 10x easier even though it got very hard and frustrating. People like them should be hired 10x over. Quality Service. Thank you Vera and Susanne.
I had to visit ServiceOntario four times recently, and every single experience was excellent.nnThe first time, I was just looking for information. It turned out it wasn’t the right location for what I needed, but the staff member took the time to guide me properly, even writing down all the details for the DriveTest center.nnAnother time, I arrived with only one minute before closing. There wasn’t enough time to complete my request, but instead of just turning me away, she carefully explained everything I needed and asked me to come back the next day.nnWhen I returned, I was served quickly, with a smile, and was able to get my license plates without any issues. Later that same day, I went back with my whole family to update our health cards, and I was actually helped by the same person again. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to assist all four of us with great care.nnOverall, a fantastic experience. The level of service, professionalism, and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend this location.
I had a great experience at ServiceOntario. I printed my token and was called almost immediately, which made the process very smooth.nI visited to update my driver’s license address and permit, and Emily assisted me. She was extremely professional, efficient, and helpful. To my surprise, she completed everything within just 3 minutes!nReally impressed with the quick service and her professionalism. I was trying to renew my license g . But system not allowed. It keep saying go to service Ontario. Finally I went to stissville office last Saturday. There was big line and busy centre. After 45 min , it was only one min to renew. Question was why System not allowed?? That’s why I disappointed. Thank you
I have been here on Thursday morning. The parking lots are enough. . It was not busy. I only waited for a few minites.i need to renew both DL and Health card, I took 2 tickets. The service staff is very nice and she helped to handle two tickets together. I feel very quick and convenient to do services at here. Appreciate for this Service Ontario office.
