This review is thorough because I believe people should understand my rating and be ready when they go there. I would have given 1, but the other good employees I dealt with deserved a 2nd star. I recently moved to Stittsville and have been changing my license plates and everything in my name to Ontario. It’s been a confusing process because depending on who you deal with, information differs. Honestly, I’ve been there 3 times in the past 3 weeks. 1st time) had 2 super pleasant employees help me with my paperwork. Didn’t rush me, actually looked at me, answered my questions with attention, interacted with me like I’m a human being. Even asked me if there was anything else I needed that day or if I had more questions before I left. Great customer service! 2nd time) had 1 employee who was dismissive, unpleasant, short and abrupt. I thought, maybe she’s having a bad day. I had to go back to my car, figure out what I actually needed or was missing. Went back in 10 min after, coincidentally had the same employee serve me again. She had the same gloomy attitude. I brushed it off. 3rd time today) unfortunately and coincidentally again, had the same employee from my 2nd visit. Same attitude: dismissive, unresponsive, short and abrupt. Told me I filled the form wrong but she was the one who gave me the form and told me how to fill it last time. I tried to be pleasant, say thank you, say please, and not even a glance or a response. It was like talking to a shadow. Once her paperwork was done, she just pushed my papers towards me and said “here”. I had to ask “is that all I need? Am I good to go?”, and then she said “yeah, good day”. Didn’t even explain any of the items/papers I was receiving, didn’t even look at me. This is just a very short snippet of the poor service I received. For someone who just moved here recently, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t care if you don’t smile or don’t talk much but geez! I’ve had employees who are serious by nature and still very pleasant! If you’re working client service at a ServiceOntario location, you should at least be responsive and helpful to say the least.

Went there because I read reviews saying the service is quick. Now I know why! They will just skim through information and become unhappy if you want to ask questions.

This is my 3rd time I visit this office to take care of business relating to driver-licence and health-card renewals. One of the best service centers in the Ottawa region. Staff is efficient and polite and almost no line-ups (and when there is the wait time is minimal). Very convenient at access this place.

received excellent service. as a freshly landed immigrant we had several steps to be taken. they helped us out better than we could have expected, even reaching out to call us for extra information. special thanks to Vera, who’s running the office

The woman I dealt with was so crabby and rude I wanted to walk out before getting my sticker. I tried to smile at her and be friendly but she just gave me the sourest face i've ever seen in my life. It's like these women are perma period all week.
