If they have a phone they sure don't use it. I've been calling for an hour to ask a simple question, but not a single answer. And to make it better their mailbox is full.
Terrible experience. The ladies in this location basically robbed me of my license fee. Two months later I still haven't received my photo ID card. Now I need to pay the same fee to renew my license. I also called this location numerous times while parked outside the location. No one was inside but the women there were incapable of answering the telephone out of pure laziness. I will be going to perth next time as they are way more professional than the ignoramus's of smiths falls.
Lack of receptionists. Never answer the phone
I did my G test today and passed. Yes its my first attempt. The weather condition is like fully rain day. Initially I was hesitate about raining and all but after multiple try before going into the test gave me more comfortable. If we discuss about staffs, they are very cool and supportive throughout the process.
Zero issues at all. I had to come here to change some info on my file and it went flawlessly. Very fast service and the person I talked to was nice.
