Old lady drive examiner failed my wife on a drive test for no solid reason. Said she should have waited to pull out but she had lots of time. Just examiner’s opinion but it was fine. Cars have a gas pedal and it was in a 50km zone and car was far away. They ruin people’s lives and think they are gods :( 👎

Service here is very hit or miss. Sometimes it is very fast and well done and other times it is extremely slow and you are left very frustrated by the service. Be warned that this is a Service Ontario branch run by a company. The people working here are not employees of Service Ontario. So they can only do basic things. If you have a complicated problem, you will need to go to a full Service Ontario branch.

Wow. So sorry to bother you... by phoning your office to ask a question about the services you offer! (She couldn't get off the phone fast enough, it seemed.)

Operator #2 and #4 closed up the SERVICE ONTARIO at 4:56 p.m. when they had us at the door. We had driven in from our cottage to register our daughters vehicle and tried to explain this through the glass. The older gray haired woman began to shut the blinds on us while the dark haired middle aged woman at the desk shook her head NO to letting us in. It would have been acceptable had it been after 5:00 but in fact both the radio and our cells told that they were closing shop up early with clients at the door. If you are looking for client service at SERVICE ONTARIO Smith Falls don't expect to be given this treatment at all. Won't be going back anytime soon for any further services from this location. Best to drive to where they have people who are client oriented.

Always a very unpleasant experience as some of the workers arent very pleasant at all. It wouldn't kill you to be kind to people.
