Went to renew my driver's license, it was very busy with only one clerk on duty. She was incredibly efficient and had things running very smoothly. Kudos to her for a job well done
This location is not recognized enough! The 2 ladies behind the copy there who were here today were a delight. The location is tiny, but don’t let that fool you! You’ll be out in a jiffy. I don’t think I’ve ever only spent 10mins including waiting time to get 1 thing done in other locations, meanwhile I got 5 things done in 1 shot here.nnI wish I got her name. Perhaps I’ll find it on the receipts and invoices, but I had such a sweet lady, taking her time to explain things to you, and was so friendly! I guess us city folk are used to a little rigidity so this was a very refreshing experience.nnI certainly felt a little silly booking an appointment. No appointment needed truly. And I told my rep that and even she was like yeaaaaah not needed haha but I’ll be visiting this location more often! Everything was so smooth and pleasant and with full transparency. You ladies rock!!!nnThank you for making this such a pleasant experience!!! I’d give this location ALL the stars possible
I was worried I might have a hard time renewing my card, but I was pleasantly surprised! They could not have made the process smoother or easier. They were so helpful and friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Super grateful!
At 9:15 on a Tuesday morning, the mailbox is still full. There is no email address to make an appointment. Therefore I continue to call and get a full mailbox message. After a long weekend or any weekend it’s critical that staff address full mailboxes. Better service is needed. At 9:55 still a full mailbox.
The ladies working were very friendly and helpful! I'm not sure if it's always so quick but I was in and out in under 10 minutes to renew my license - just fantastic!!
