Every time I go in service ontario in wallaceburg, the lady there is so nasty that I travel to Windsor or Sarnia for help. She should be fired.

Great service...if you got your papers together, have what you should have...things will run a lot smoother.

I went with my wife and 4 month old son to have our medical cards switched from B.C. We came with all our documents needed, but right off the bat it didn't seem like the woman at the counter wanted to deal with anything. She was right with telling us we had to go to the Sarnia location to do my wife's card, since she had already had ontario heath care a long time ago, but told us that there was no way the documents we had were good enough and that we 100% needed other papers proving our address ect., and that we were way ahead of our selves. She spoke over us everytime we tried to say something and pretty much just wanted us gone. She even ended the conversation telling us that "we should go back to where we came from". I guess she was trying to be funny, implying that B.C is a nicer place to live, but just came off rude and very arrogant. Best part of it all, we went to Sarnia Service Ontario the NEXT DAY with the SAME PAPERS and got everything done in 30 min without a problem. I don't know her name, but it just seemed like she's the type to send everyone elsewhere so she doesn't have to deal with it. Drive a little further and save yourself the trouble.

My wife took more than she needed for required documents in to Service Ontario Wallaceburg to renew some paperwork. The woman behind the counter called her an idiot to her face, accused her of not being able to read, and said there was nothing she would do for her. My wife left in tears. If this is the costumer services they provide they can close the doors.
