ServiceOntario

Best Service Ontario ever! Was pretty quick and customer service was amazing.nnThe only thing is that the parking lot could use some repairs as half the parking lot has washed out and is now dirt.

Huge thanks to Claudia for helping me get my new health card! She was fun, conversational, and made the entire process so simple and quick. Appreciate the awesome help!

This Service Ontario location was the best experience I’ve ever had. Like a well oiled machine my visit was absolutely flawless. The transaction was smooth and efficient.nI was in and out in 10 minutes.nnThe staff were absolutely professional and friendly. I drove out of my way just to visit this Service Ontario and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

If you want unsolicited advice about your life then this is the place to go!nOne of the workers made my sister feel very belittled and disrespected when all she had come in to do was take new pictures for her driving license and health card. She didn’t expect to get a religious lecture in the process and came home very distraught.nI hope that the workers there can get some training on sensitivity in the future.nI am also very sad that I have to leave this review because I have been coming to this location my whole life and have only good things to say about the staff and location.

Made an appointment ahead of time. Was able to surpass the line and go directly to the attendant who processed my papers and took a photograph. Staff were well organized and assisted people as needed.nMuch better than at a location in south Etobicoke.
