If I could have given zero stars I would. Sorry ladies, but one rotten apple ruins it for the rest. I had to go there three times to do a simple plate and name change of a vehicle. The three times I got the same short blond haired woman who was not only quite sour and unpleasant, but did all my paperwork incorrect and gave me wrong info all three times. In the last of the three visits when I pointed out that she had done incorrect paperwork which cost me money, she denied it, but when I reminded her it was her and I had paperwork to prove it, with a smile she said "everyone makes mistakes". These needless visits cost me a lot of extra time and money. Everyone makes mistakes, that's for sure, but if she didn't have that condescending sourpuss face all the time and she was a little nicer and kinder to people without rushing through paperwork to dismiss them as quickly as possible, these things wouldn't happen. What should have taken one visit took me three. Sorry ladies but it's not worth the trouble going there any longer. I wish I knew who the owner was so I could complain.

It's not the best place for employees to be the whole day, like in a hole without any window, etc..It's incredible where the government places some of their offices:in the most incredible holes, and shameful places for such a "developed and rich" country. Where goes our taxes money? Both time I went, I was pretty fast attended, even if you had a line. Even though, I also think that it would be nice to have some smiles from public servants, I understand that it isn't fair that some of their colleagues are working in better conditions for the same payroll. Finally, what I mean is people who come to pay for a service are not responsible for their work condition, so please try to be nicer, and we'll complaint for you about that hole.

Amazing customer service always polite and friendly. The employees know their regular customers by their first name basis. I am one of those customers which they know by name and its nice when they greet you by your first name and ask what can i do for you and what would u like today. Regardless if its an abstract with the cvor or info on your plate status if there is any fines on the plates or a simple sticker renewal for either 2 years or for a year. I am very pleased with their service and i hope they get a raise on their pay from their annnual review.

Hey, I'd be grumpy working in an office with no windows too! Just be friendly and they'll help you. Simple as that. Depending on the day, this location is significantly quicker than others, and hours are very convenient for those who work office hours.

staffs are nice and service is fast. No long lines. Just a little bit difficult to find the location. Its not in the plaza but on the back of the plaza.
