Turned my bad experience with a Service Ontario in a neighboring city into a good experience with their kindness and helpful demeanor at this location. When I was turned away at the fleet counter at the first location I visited, I called Ingersoll and a friendly voice immediately put me at ease as she told me to come on in and she would help me out right away. When I arrived it was calm and cheerful. My fleet renewals were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely head straight to Ingersoll Service Ontario next year and not waste my time elsewhere!
There was no rush. Process was smooth and the Person there I should have asked her name was kind enough to explain everything to me and my Husband. Its a 5 star service
Worst staff , racist to brown skinnI bought in all the required documents and lady told me missing 2 documents I provided right away and then I was told to bring some additional documents as they don’t feel comfortable with the one I provided , I asked them let me know which documents you need so I can come back tomorrow, she told me even if I bring in the other required paperwork she will still not proceed and told me to leave. Also told me she has right to say NO even if I have all the required paperwork by service Ontario
Lesaya was amazing very knowledgable and extremely helpful with answering all my questions never felt rushed or like I was bothering her with the questions I asked great encounter I had will definitely be going back for all my transactions for now on
No lineup and very helpful staff. The lady named Lesaya is really nice and helpful. I now drive the distance and only goto this service ontario.
