I actually had a very pleasant experience on my birthday July 30 at Service Ontario, minus the immense long line up, the Agent I dealt with was an absolute pleasure.nn1 something that most people think is not a big issue that is a big issue for me. I told her that it sucks that they’re taking gender off of our ID. She said “ do you want it on there? It can stay on there.” She didn’t say anything it would’ve went to X. Needless to say, she kept it as F for me.nn2 she allowed me to run back out to the car and get my parking permit, doesn’t exp till 2028. she even gave me a form saying that should I never be able to make it in anybody can go in with my ID and the form she gave me and permit and they can do it for me.nnThis lady was the absolute best person I’ve ever dealt with at a service Ontario. I wish I knew her name because she deserves all the. “ commendation” in the world!
Poor service, long waits over 35 minutes in line and one person has moved in the lineup. One lady has to take 5 photos every time as she is too lazy to stand up and adjust her camera, people not with proper documentation looking through phones for 15-30 minutes why you don't you ask them to step aside and give them what they need to bring to the desk? I've seen 12 people walk out in an hour
Fast and efficient! I walked-in on a Wednesday morning to apply for health card. Got everything done within 20 minutes. The lady who helped me was awesome!
I just wanted to share what a positive experience I had at this service Ontario location. After having my wallet stolen, I went to the Dundas location and they wouldn’t even accept walk-ins due to how busy it was : I quickly rushed over to this location and not only was there only 3 people in front of me, the lady who helped me was beyond helpful after the day I just had. A huge thank you to Tara who was not only kind, but went above and beyond to help me so genuinely. Thank you Tara! I really appreciate your expertise and kindness.
