Absolutely rude, I work for a car dealership and I was met with this lady with long white hair and i handed over a folder with one customer for licensing, she rolls her eyes and says “you know, theres someone specific here for that” i had no clue I'm new so i ask where that person is “on break” you guys opened an hour ago and they're already on a break? She then does the licensing for me and says in a snarky tone “what make of the vehicle is it” I said “I don’t know I was just sent here to get it licensed but it should say on the paper work i gave to you” she gets angrier and says “WELL IT DOESN'T SO YOU NEED TO FIND OUT” so I call the dealership and got the make, mod, colour and everything for it and when i got off the phone she said “i found it on the paperwork” still annoyed as if i didn’t tell her it was on the paperwork. She does the licensing and gives it back to me and says “ok bye now”, keep in mind I was not showing any attitude in the slightest and I was apologizing for her getting mad at me for her mistake. I get that its a Monday but you can’t be talking to people like that, if you hate your job that much, leave. Simple.

Don’t go in expecting to get seen within the hour, they are so slow in there. There’s 8 desks but you’re lucky if there’s more than 2 people workin at them. Hours r terrible how do u expect working class people to get in when ur only open till 5 and not on weekends. Hire more people or stop being lazy.
Both times I’ve been to this location, I’ve had the most rude and unpleasant experience.nnFirst, wouldn’t take my passport as a form of ID. Then couldn’t tell me the information I needed upon asking how to fill out a form. Had my husband not caught the mistake, my license would have been wrongfully suspended for a second time.nnTo the older blonde lady- don’t work for the government if you’re going to be rude to people. Nobody wants to be there, and you make the experience worse.
Rather unpleasant experience. The man at the front desk, and the young woman were perfectly nice to deal with. The older lady however is incredibly unhelpful, dismissive and rude. She could not answer basic questions about switching health card from out of province, and raised her voice at me for not knowing things that are HER JOB to know.
