Didn't know that you could make an appointment so arrived about 30 minutes before opening. Only 2 or 3 people ahead of me in line.nnAfter location opened, pre-screen wait was perhaps 10 minutes more but my number was called basically as a stepped away from reception....my address change and renewal for Health Card and Driver's completed within 5 minutes.nnVery satisfied with the service.
It's no secret that a trip to Service Ontario can be stressful with long waits and unexpected issues. However, this time was different. Amazing service made the experience surprisingly smooth. Despite it being almost the end of the day, the service workers at Service Ontario were incredibly kind and helpful. A special shoutout to ‘May’ for her amazing assistance – couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you.
Was able to have my family’s health cards ordered all within 30 minutes including wait time. Was surprisingly fast around 2:30pm for a Service Ontario Centre. There is also a Service Ottawa within the same room.
Went without appointment to renew my health card, the staff were friendly and efficient. It was all done in 45mn, the transaction itself took 5mn and the wait time was around 40mn. The public servant who attended my request was welcoming and super fast.
Recommend booking an appointment in advance to avoid long wait when dropping in person. The service I received today was adequate and smooth.
