I had a very disappointing experience at this Service Ontario location. I visited two separate times to apply for my health card, and each time the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Every visit, she asked for different documents and kept changing the requirements. She even claimed my job letter was “not correct,” despite me showing the official guidelines from the government website. It was clear she lacked proper knowledge about the process and working-hour requirements.nnThis location completely wasted my time. I ended up going to a different Service Ontario the same day and got everything done in less than 10 minutes with no issues at all.nnI do not recommend this location. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I am writing to share my worst experience at a ServiceOntario location. I waited over one hour for my turn, and when it was finally my turn, I was told to go to the DriveTest Centre. This information should have been given earlier.nAlso, staff made assumptions instead of asking questions. They assumed people calling each other “brother” and “sister” were spouses, which was unprofessional.nOverall, this was a waste of my time and a very disappointing experience. I hope customer service and communication can be improved. Work on it!
Brought my Mom for her 80+ driving test this morning. Arrived early 9:40 ish for 10 am test. Was greeted by Ofure. What a pleasant man! He told us to sit down and he looked after my mom and checked her in. We only had to wait 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Ofure kept helping everyone! What a pleasant man!!! The service counters kept moving, for everyone. All the counters were working! Amazing for Service Ontario! The ladies helping my Mom were very nice & pleasant. I believe one lady was being trained. My Mom got her driver's license, which was great
Horrible customer service, employees are rude just wanted to ask for guidance since there was no reception, no interest of helping whatsoever. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go in to drop off an additional document that the employee missed which was not my fault. When I got there, there was no reception I asked the lady at the counter number3 for help since I didn’t know who to drop it off with. She was unwilling to help and wouldn’t even let me ask a quick question. It is very frustrating when you walk in and you have no idea where to go. I will give an extra star to the Asian lady that was helpful and polite, appreciating me for coming to drop off my document.
I had a really disappointing experience at this ServiceOntario location. Most of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made the visit frustrating. The only positive part of my experience was Alan — he went above and beyond to assist everyone, running back and forth to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you, Alan, for your professionalism and kindness. I hope the rest of the team takes a note from him.
