Yesterday, I visited to this location of Service Ontario, It was a great experience. The whole staff was very professional as well as humble. They helped me a lot to renew my health card as well as Ontario photo card. Very thankful to the staff for their cooperation.
Literally asked at the reception if my documents are fine and if my 30 days are complete, or if I should come back on the 31st. Reception said it’s okay and gave me a ticket, then over an hour later she was at the counter which I was called to, and said no sorry you have to come back tomorrow. I told her that that’s why I asked her at the reception first, and because she said yes I waited for over an hour. Then she goes onto say “I didn’t have access to my system”, when the time and date was WRITTEN on the notice I showed her earlier, and it was her negligence and failure to read a document properly which led to me wasting my time. Do better and hire staff that can actually read, people have stuff to do.
Very Bad experience with them. I visited on 29th Jan to renew my health card. As I forgot to bring my driving license, the receptionist told me that it would be okay if I could show my bank statement instead ,which I did. After waiting around 30-35 minutes for my turn when I went to counter number 8. The girl Indianwho was giving training to a new employee there was very rude and unprofessional. She was showing attitude and said that you have to show me your original ID. The matter could be resolved with humbleness and calm which I believe she is lacking. So, Be advised to train your staff to improve their way of talking.
So , i am giving 5 star to this location.. i went there for my health card and i dont have any appointments and i just walk in .. literally took me 10-20 mins and my application was done by Ofure.. he is too polite . Such a gentleman... even other staff was also helpful.
This month, Reached at location 15 mins before opening time. All staff members were very friendly and cooperative. I went there with all required n valid documents and IDs. Process was so smooth. Applied for health card and updated driving license just within 15 mins.nnLast time i went there and wasted 5 hours just in queue. After 5 hours, they declined to process my application due to job letter error. but this time, I went with proper documents and got my application processed.
