My 1st ever best experience at ServiceOntario location. I went in at 10:55am and out at 11:15pm on Sat after getting my driving license and health card renewal. It was pretty quick though there were around 10-12 people ahead of me. There is ample free parking space available at this location. Keep you the good works. Cheers.
It was quick service for health card replacement.nnThere wasn’t many people before me I went without booking an appointment, I got out within 10 minutes.nStaff was nice.nWill prefer this location for any future Service Ontario services.
Well it was our first visit and our work was done within 15 minutes. We had our health card renewal to be done. The lady staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to. Explained us what all needs to be written on the form and gave us a timeline as to when can we expect our new health card to arrive. We also had questions regarding License plate renewal which she answered as well.
I recently moved from Mississauga and was expecting to get a bad time-consuming experience.nnBut surprisingly it really wasn't bad at all it was pretty good.nnArrived on Sat at 8:55am, there were 15-20 people in line infront of me, office hadn't opened yet. But the line moved fast, there were 3 counters working with a supervisor managing them, it seemed efficient. My turn came in about 15-20 min. Total time spent for waiting and getting the work done was 40-45 min for a driver's license and health card renewal.nnAfterwards I noticed the office was mostly empty, with only 3-4 people in line, didn't seem busy.. Maybe it picks up later in the day..nnOverall it was much better and more efficient than the Mississauga's Service Ontario offices
First visit they were great. I was both importing and exporting vehicles and they were able to help me with everything. The next time they were unable to renew my vehicle plate. After talking to MTO, and learning that they should have been able to help me, I returned to find a line of about 25 people waiting. I went up to the Highpoint office where there was no lineup and they were able to help me with not problems.
