The flood was horrible, but ServiceMaster was amazing! I came home to all three floors of my town house flooded and they came what felt like immediately that day to start the emergency work, drying and getting rid of the water. Then once insurance was approved they started work right away, kept me informed the whole time of the plan and progress. Great staff, Matt was very helpful and all the crews were amazing. You hope you don't need this service but whe you do, I highly recommend service master.
They failed to work on our apartment window despite evidently having worked on that side of the building. The excuse they provided was that they needed suite access to map out our windows. This is an apartment building - we have the same windows on every floor.
Rene is a professional and very friendly technician. We highly recommend Service Master and Rene for any carpet cleaning. They do a great job, excellent customer service form Pablo also! Pablo is amazing! ...Our experience was very good and they really know about any type of carpet! :
I had a plumbing issue in my condo and was on the receiving end of everyone else flushing their toilets. My carpets were a mess! Masi from Service Master did an amazing job. Very polite, very professional and very thorough. I'd highly recommend. My carpet have never looked this good. Thank you for a great job!!!
Harry arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. He removed stains I thought would be impossible to get rid of. He cleaned all the carpets in my house and did not rush through each room. My carpets look great and the price was great for the work done. I definitely recommend Service Master and Harry.
Harry S was quick and efficient. We asked him to clean carpeting in two closets that had not been washed in 16 years and the results there, and in the rest of the house were excellent. The price was very reasonable as well as Service Master was also doing the carpets in our strata common areas and offered a promotional rate.
I was very impressed with the service from ServiceMaster Carpet Cleaning - the service technician Douglas D. did a very thorough and careful cleaning of the carpets and was respectful and professional the whole time. He even wore shoe protectors during the visit. I would definitely recommend Service Master and use them again for my carpet cleaning requirements.
Very easy to deal with from the start and had no issues with the appointment. Excellent pricing compared to other carpet cleaning companies that I contacted. Douglas was very professional and did a great job. Would use Servicemaster again.
I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in and I was worried that many stains were too old or too stubborn to remove. I called Servicemaster and I'm very happy with the job done. Harry is courteous and friendly and he did a great job. Every stain came out. Finally clean carpets It looks fantastic!
Douglas did a very professional job for us and I would recommend him highly. I had some concerns at first as the carper seemed stretched but Douglas got right back to us and assured us that as the carpet dried this would fix itself. He was right. By morning our carpet was perfect. Thank you Douglas.
