Took my puppy for his first check up. Dr Nosotti was amazing and so caring. She took all the time to answer my questions and verify his vaccinations were up to date he came from overseas with different vaccines and stickers she went on google to search them one by one to make sure he’s good! I absolutely recommend this clinic. My cat has a different vet that is not even as half caring as this place. She will also be going here from now on
Dr. Nosotti is kind, caring and makes both the animals and the humans feel as comfortable as possible. After a somewhat negative experience at another vet clinic with our young puppy, I'm so glad we made the switch. We just went in for a routine check up/vaccine update, but Dr. Nosotti really took her time with us. She let our puppy relax and gave him a moment between each little procedure in order not to overwhelm him. She also explained everything to us in great detail, and took care to answer any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a kind professional who truly cares about the animals, and is not forced to feed into the corporate agenda of trying to churn out as many patients as they can, or oversell on clinic products. We will definitely keep bringing our puppy back here!
My daughter decided to euthanize her beloved ailing cat and turned to this clinic instead of her usual vet. She made an appointment for the following week; however the following day the cat made a turn for the worst. We called Dr. Nosotti's clinic and the staff was so compassionate and understanding. We brought in our beloved Milo with only one hour notice. Dr. Nosotti took her time to explain everything even though it was almost closing time on a Friday afternoon. She genuinely shared in our pain and loss. Thank you again for your kindness in our hour of need and be assured that when the time comes to add a pet to our family again we would be honoured to have you as our veterinarian.
I used to love this clinic. Super nice staff, nice and clean. Ive just been disappointed with their covid protocols post covid. There isn't much of a waiting room. I've had to leave my dog their for the day and I don't like that at all. My dog had extreme anxiety and I've come in to him screaming in a cage while he's in the back. As a pawparent it broke my heart. Also their consultation fee is charged everytime I've gone. So any additional charges for vaccines and other it adds up. This vet seems like they really love animals but I've had issues with them pushing their vet food. They don't offer any additional supplements. They don't tell you the root issues and it's always beating around the bush. Fully against any raw or dehydrated high protein diets. I understand why, but there should be some unbiased opinions and offering all options to pawparents that can't afford to be on vet diets because they add up. I even requested for cooking diets and it was explained to me as "not as good as vet prescription food". I found other vets that gave me second opinions and they stated cooking diet should always be the next option as there are clear signs your dog isn't tolerating it the vet diet.
Great staff, my pup is pretty shy and nervous but both my visits there have gone smoothly. Dr. Nosotti takes her time explaining everything and making sure things are up to date.
An absolute gem! The team has been managing the health of our pet for ten years and has always been compassionate and gentle. Never overbilling and always clearly informing on where things are. I trust my pet health to them always.
I will make sure to avoid this place like the plague in the future. Bait and switch tactic has been used with me and the receptionist apologized and acknowledged we were misled but there is nothing they can do about it. I was quoted a price on the phone and asked to bring a stool sample. Once I did that, I was almost charged double the price they quoted on the phone.
Extremely helpful, nice, easy to get in contact with. The best vet clinic for my pet.
They’re extremely professional and sweet. Although my cat has the tendency of not being nice at the vet, they handled her so well and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Also the two ladies at the reception were amazing!
Christina is so caring and competent with both in our case feline patients and their humans. Top notch!
