Spilled cleaning supplies on my building’s carpet and caused permanent damage. They refused to pay for the damages. Terrible attitude for responsibility and poor training for their staff.
In my 20 years + with SPA, I have always found that the company has always tried to deliver quality service and solutions for their clients while fully supporting and empowering their staff. There is high expectations on staff to put client's goals 1st and to support each other in achieving that. In Return, the company is always been willing to invest in its staff that shares this belief and I feel it is the type of place where one can build a career and achieve success. The work can be challenging but it is also quite satisfying to know your work is appreciated and valued.
