I just found out yesterday that my health card was going to expire next week, as you can imagine for anyone, this news can cause a lot of anxiety. I made an appointment at this location and I was not looking forward to it. Most ServiceOntario locations offer the worst customer service and the wait times are astronomical. I walked in, signed in, and sat down for two minutes before my number was called!! I couldn’t believe it ! Dana helped me out and provided friendly service and made the whole process super quick and easy. I was told to always make an appointment which I will always do from now on. I was so relieved to be in and out in ten minutes wow !
I had such a smooth and reassuring experience at the Duke Street Service Ontario office. After being turned away at another location despite having all the correct documents, I arrived here feeling anxious and unsure. But the staff at Duke Street were incredible—professional, kind, and efficient. They reviewed my documents without any fuss and issued my health card paper right away.nnIt was such a relief to be treated with respect and clarity. The team here clearly knows what they’re doing and handles things with care. Thank you for restoring my confidence in the process. You made a stressful situation feel easy.
Went in to this location for a services around 4.40 pm after taking time off from my office.nThare were two ladies serving the customs -one in counter one and in the left corner kind of little office there was the other lady having a long chat with another customer.nTwo people were in front of me and one went out in around five minutes and just one lady was getting the service in the counter one....nThe lady in the left corner has completed the lengthy chat around 5 PM and started closing the office - FURTHER, SHE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE OFFICE AS SHE NEED TO CLOSE.nnThis is my first bad experience ... please correct, if I'm wrong - I do not see any office - asking customs to leave - if they come in for a service well ahead ....
I want to express my 5-star gratitude for the excellent service from agent Claudia at office 946 Duke St.. She is super-friendly, helpful with clear guidance and efficient working process. She helped us on OHIP health card application. We hadna really warm and happy service experience.
I had a great experience today at service ontario with ENA .She is very brillant with her work .She helped me and guided me very well manner .she is gem . Thank you ENA .
